We provide advocacy, education, and supportive services for individuals and families with disabilities.
Did you know that approximately one in every ten Minnesotans has some type of disability? The Arc of Freeborn County exists to aid families through the many supportive services we offer. Minnesota formed the first state Arc Chapter in 1951; The Arc of Freeborn County was formed in 1954, 63 years ago. We have been helping people with disabilities and their families overcome challenges and thrive in community life ever since.
The Arc of Freeborn County promotes and protects the human rights of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and actively supports their full inclusion and participation in the community throughout their lifetimes.
